Frequently asked questions.
Here are some frequently asked questions and fast answers to them:
- How much are they normally? The inflatables range from $125 to $400 this includes Monday pickup and Friday drop off.
- Rental includes the inflatable of your choice. Your zip code will tell you how much it cost to have 3 or more guys deliver, set up, come back, tear down, and return your inflatable to the shop so all you have to do is focus on your event.
- Is it cool? All of our bounce houses have covers to add shade to the play area. Everything else is cooled by water.
- When is delivery/pickup? We have over 30 inflatables with each taking around 30-45 minutes to set up and tear down. We do deliver on Friday and pick up on Monday but we can't give you a specific time during the day. We can however call you when we leave the drop-off before yours just make sure to leave that in your notes when booking your inflatable.
- What do I need? Commonly you need a water hose hook up and one or more breakers/outlets
- We only use plant-based products to clean our jump houses, not lab-made chemicals to ensure a nontoxic environment.
- What payments do you take? We accept all major Credit & Debit Cards, Cashl. We do not accept checks for payment, only for deposits.
- What are our hours of operation? With our online booking system, we are open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You can book anytime by going to our home page All Inflatables and clicking on your desired inflatable. On the individual product screen, you should see where it says ‘CLICK HERE TO BOOK ONLINE NOW.’ Click that and it will take you through the online booking process.
- How does it inflate? For our Bounce Houses, and some of the slides and other inflatables, 1 electric 1 horsepower or 1.5 horsepower electric blower is used to keep it inflated. For larger inflatables 2 electric blowers are used to keep it inflated.
- How much are the deposits? For slides, combo units, and other inflatables the deposit is half of your rental cost. Pay half when you book than the other half on delivery. Your deposit is not refundable
- what is renters insurance? You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens please alert us at once so we can remedy the situation. If however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence (i.e. not turning off the blower in high winds, using silly string in the unit, moving the unit to a location other than where it was originally setup.) you will be responsible for all damages up to and including replacement of the unit/blower etc which can cost thousands of dollars.
